Yamaha Banshee 350 Polished Front Master Cylinder

This front master cylinder comes off of one of the most popular 2-stroke ATV's, the Yamaha Banshee. The procedure of polishing it to a chrome mirror like finish is the same as the Banshee clutch cover.

YAMAHA Banshee 350 POLISHED Clutch Cover

Banshee clutch covers will be sandblasted or dipped in paint striper to remove the paint. It will then be washed in a parts washer to remove all the dirt and grease so both the top and the underneath is left with a very clean finish. It will then be sanded to 400 grit sandpaper till it is perfectly smooth. All cast marks, nicks and scratches will be removed. The cover is then polished with a comercial buffer till the aluminum engine cover has a mirror chrome like finish.
